Description
The SureCall Fusion Install signal booster is the only solution we offer that includes professional installation in your home. This means that you won't have to worry about installing cable, taking signal readings, or climbing up on the roof to install the ouside antenna, and instead a trained signal expert will do all of that for you.
How Professional Installation Works
Step 1: Scheduling the Installation
After you place your order, we'll ship you a box containing all of the equipment that you'll need.
Once you receive your order, you'll open the top of the box and find a card with a unique identification code, phone number, and URL to schedule your professional installation either on the phone or online. Please note: You must receive your signal booster before you can schedule the installation.
The installation will be performed by a trained installer from OnTech, formerly Dish Network. Installation is available in every zip code within the United States and installers can be on-site in as little as 24 hours, depending on availability.
Step 2: Installer Arrival and Site Survey
Once the OnTech installer arrives at your house, they'll perform a site survey with a cellular signal meter to analyze the outside strength and quality of the existing cell signal. They'll also determine the best place to mount the outside donor antenna, run cables, locate the amplifier, and position the inside antenna.
Step 3: Installing the Signal Booster Components
After the site survey has been performed and all of the component locations finalized, the installer will perform the actual installation of the signal booster system, which you received in your original shipment.
Step 4: Testing and Sign Off
Once the installation is completed, the installer will test the coverage inside of your home to ensure that you're getting good cell signal everywhere that you need it. If for some reason the coverage is not acceptable, the installer will work to fix it. Once you're happy with the performance, then you'll sign off with the installer that they've successfully completed the job.
If at any point you're not happy with the installation or the performance of the system, then you can return the booster for a full refund.

Estimated Inside Coverage
The strength of your existing outside signal, measured in the location where you plan to mount the outside antenna, has a direct impact on the amount of inside coverage you'll get from a signal booster. The table below shows how much coverage you may get depending on your outside signal strength:
Existing Outside Signal Strength | Estimated Inside Coverage |
---|---|
Strong (5 Bars) | Up to 4,000 sq ft |
Medium (3-4 Bars) | Up to 3,500 sq ft |
Weak (1-2 Bars) | Up to 1,500 sq ft |
None (0 Bars) | No Coverage |
Please Note: It is important to remember that there are many factors that impact the size of the inside coverage area, so actual results may vary from these estimates.
